Your résumé and LinkedIn profile.
Rewritten so recruiters actually find you.
For Directors and VPs whose experience is stronger than the way they currently present it.
You have built a serious career.
You have led teams. Influenced decisions. Delivered results. Navigated complexity. Earned the trust of senior stakeholders.
But your résumé and LinkedIn profile have not quite kept up. On paper, some of your best work gets flattened into responsibilities, job titles and corporate language.
You sound capable. You sound experienced. You may even sound impressive. But not quite as senior, valuable or distinctive as you actually are.
And that gap matters more than most people realise — because it is not just interviewers reading your documents. It is recruiters, scanning job platforms and LinkedIn for someone who looks like the answer to a specific, often confidential, problem.
- What level does this person operate at?
- What problems can they solve?
- Could I see them in the bigger role?
- Are they worth reaching out to?
When your positioning undersells you, you can be missed entirely by the recruiter searching for exactly your profile. Approached for roles that are too junior. Boxed into the part of your career you are trying to move beyond. Overlooked for opportunities you could absolutely handle. Or forced to spend interviews correcting the impression your documents created.
Your experience is not the problem. The way it is being translated might be. That is what we fix.
What changes over these three weeks?
"I know I have done a lot, but I struggle to explain what makes me valuable."
"My leadership level, impact and next move are clear. And clear enough for the right person to find me."
You become clearer on:
- what makes you valuable
- which problems you are repeatedly trusted to solve
- what proves your seniority
- which achievements carry the most weight
- what belongs in your story
- what needs to disappear
- why you are credible for your next move, not just your last one
And yes — you leave with both assets finished. Not lightly reviewed. Not covered in comments and handed back with a cheeky "over to you."
Your résumé, fully rewritten. Your LinkedIn profile, fully rewritten. Done and dusted.
The documents are the output. Being found is the outcome.
The work we uncover will also give you:
- stronger stories for interviews
- clearer language for networking conversations
- better answers for recruiter calls
- more confidence talking about your value
- stronger evidence for salary discussions
- a clearer sense of the level you should be aiming for
Because once you see the full weight of what you have done, you cannot unsee it. And neither should the market — or the recruiter searching for it.
This is done with you
This is a focused, done-with-you 1:1 engagement. I do the heavy lifting on the positioning and writing. You bring the evidence, context and reflection that make the final result credible, specific and unmistakably yours.
You will not be expected to write your own résumé and LinkedIn profile. But you will be involved in the thinking — because I do not want to hand you two polished documents that sound impressive but feel strangely unfamiliar.
You should recognise yourself in the final version. Only sharper. More senior. And much easier for the right person to find and understand.
You get the fish. You also learn how to fish.
You receive a fully rewritten résumé and a fully rewritten LinkedIn profile. I am not teaching you how to write them and then leaving you to finish the job. The fish is included.
But I also want you to understand why the positioning works. So as we work together, you will learn:
- how to recognise an achievement worth highlighting
- which evidence creates seniority and credibility
- how to speak about impact without shrinking or exaggerating it
- how to adapt your story for future opportunities
- how to keep both assets current as your career evolves
I do not want you staring at your résumé six months later, terrified to change a comma in case the magic falls out.
How the three weeks work
Find the gold
You begin with the Career Goldmine Exercise — a deep career reflection designed to uncover achievements you have forgotten, impact you have normalised, difficult decisions you made, moments when you changed the direction of a team, project or business, patterns in the problems people trust you to solve, proof of your leadership, commercial judgement and influence, and clues about where you should go next.
This is not admin. This is where the real work begins. One client told me this exercise alone was worth the entire investment — because senior leaders often do not lack evidence. They have simply buried it under 15 or 20 years of "I was just doing my job."
We then have our first live 1:1 strategy call. Together, we clarify your direction, identify the strongest evidence and agree on the positioning that will drive both your résumé and LinkedIn profile.
Your time: 3–4 hoursRésumé
I fully rewrite your résumé. We sharpen your opening positioning, your leadership narrative, the scope and level of your work, your commercial and strategic impact, your strongest achievements, the relevance of your experience to your next move, and what should be cut, condensed or reframed.
You review the draft and give focused feedback. Then we refine it.
Your time: ~1 hourI fully rewrite your LinkedIn profile so it supports the same positioning as your résumé, and so it surfaces when recruiters search for someone at your level. We work on your headline, your About section, your role descriptions, your credibility signals, how quickly someone can understand your value, how clearly your target direction comes through, and consistency between LinkedIn and your résumé.
We then have our second live 1:1 call, refine both assets, resolve any outstanding questions, and make sure you understand how to use your new positioning.
Your time: 1–2 hoursWhat this takes from you
You should expect to invest approximately six hours of your own time, plus two live 1:1 calls with me (45 minutes each). This includes completing the Career Goldmine Exercise, reviewing drafts and giving thoughtful feedback.
I will do the writing. But I cannot manufacture the truth of your career without your input. Your job is not to arrive with beautiful sentences. Your job is to bring the raw material. I will help you turn it into something powerful, and easy to find.
- the Career Goldmine Exercise
- two private 1:1 strategy calls with me (45 minutes each)
- senior-level positioning and narrative development
- a fully rewritten résumé
- a fully rewritten LinkedIn profile
- help identifying your strongest achievements and proof points
- language you can reuse in interviews, networking and salary conversations
- focused feedback and refinement across the three weeks
- one additional week of written follow-up support if required
- lifetime access to the relevant SuperCharge course materials
At the end, both assets are complete. Not almost done. Not waiting for you to "find time." Finished. And built to be found.
Why August?
Because most people treat August as a waiting room. They assume nothing is happening. So they wait. Then September arrives. Work gets busy. The market picks up. Everyone suddenly starts updating their résumé, fixing LinkedIn and reaching out at the same time.
You can do the opposite. Put your head down for three focused weeks. Do the work properly. Start September with your résumé finished, your LinkedIn profile finished, your positioning clearer, your story ready to travel, your next move easier to explain — and recruiters able to actually find you, before the role is even posted.
While everyone else is opening a blank document, you are already showing up in a search.
Is this right for you?
This is right for you if
You are a Director, VP or experienced senior leader and:
- your current résumé feels too operational, dense or past-facing
- your LinkedIn profile does not reflect your real seniority
- you are targeting a bigger leadership role
- you are changing industry, function or business model
- you have spent many years in one company and need to reposition
- you are returning after a career break or restructuring
- you are getting interest, but not always at the right level
- you struggle to talk about your value without rambling or underselling yourself
- you want serious strategic help without joining a multi-month programme
- you are willing to invest six focused hours in doing this properly
This is not right for you if
- you want to send an old résumé, disappear and receive something back
- you want a generic template
- you want a quick cosmetic tidy-up
- you do not have time to complete the reflection work
- you want someone to invent achievements or inflate your experience
- you want guaranteed interviews or guaranteed offers
- you are unwilling to be challenged on how you currently describe yourself
Before you decide
Quite a few people, as it turns out. AI can give you polished words in 30 seconds. It can also make you sound like every other "results-driven strategic leader with a demonstrated history of cross-functional excellence."
The hard part is not writing the sentence. It is knowing which parts of your career matter, what you have been underselling, which achievement proves your seniority, what makes you credible for your next move, what to leave out, and how to make the entire story sound unmistakably like you — and searchable as you. AI can help polish the gold. It is less reliable at noticing the goldmine you have been sitting on for 15-plus years.
Of course you could. You could also cut the back of your own hair. The challenge is not whether you can type. The challenge is perspective.
You know too much about your own career. Everything feels relevant. Or nothing feels especially impressive because you lived it every day. You may have led a turnaround, influenced a multimillion-euro decision or steadied a business through a crisis and still describe it as "supported key stakeholders." Sometimes you need someone outside the story to spot the brilliance you have normalised, and to translate it into language a recruiter is actually searching for.
You are paying to change how people understand your value, and whether they find it at all. The résumé and LinkedIn profile are the visible outputs. The work underneath them affects how you show up in interviews, recruiter conversations, networking, internal promotion discussions, salary negotiations, and board and advisory opportunities.
You go from having strong experience that is difficult to see, and difficult to find, to having a clear, credible leadership narrative that makes your level and value easy to understand from the very first search. The documents matter because they shape perception before you enter the room. The deeper value is that you walk into the room knowing how to explain and own what they say.
