Terms & Conditions

These apply to every SuperCharge coaching program, whether you pay once or in installments.

1. What you get. Everything listed on the checkout page for your program, for the length of time shown there. I may update materials, tools, or the schedule to keep things useful. That will never reduce what you signed up for.

2. Your part. You are responsible for showing up, sending me what I ask for on time, and how and when you apply what you learn. Delays on your side may push your timeline. If something isn't working, tell me early.

3. Payment. Pay in full, or in installments where offered. Either way, you are committing to the full program fee. Installments are due on the dates shown at checkout, even if you pause or stop. Late payments may carry a €50 fee plus 8% interest per year. Bank and currency charges are yours.

4. No refunds. All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks, for any program or payment option.

5. Scheduling. 1:1 sessions can be moved with at least 48 hours' notice. Group calls run on a fixed schedule. If I'm away or unwell, I'll tell you as soon as I can. Planned time off doesn't count toward your program time.

6. No outcome guarantee. I can't promise interviews, offers, or a role. This is coaching and education. Please don't treat it as legal, financial, or tax advice.

7. Confidentiality. What you share stays private. In programs with group calls, it stays within a small group of senior leaders who have all signed an NDA, and you keep what they share private too. I only share your story anonymised, unless you say yes in writing.

8. My materials, your documents. Program materials are for your personal use: no copying, recording, sharing your login, or reselling. Everything I build for you is yours to keep and use.

9. Respect. If someone seriously breaks these terms or disrupts other clients, I may remove them from the program, with no refund and remaining payments still due.

10. Liability and law. My liability is limited to the amount you have paid me, and I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost wages or missed opportunities. Belgian law applies, and any dispute is handled individually.
