1. Outplacement Services & Counselling:
During the COVID related disruption companies will restructure an estimated 305 million jobs by the end of June 2020. I work with HR departments to counsel, advise and work with impacted employees to devise career and future strategies for them to land well in their next steps. I am ACC certified from the prestigious International Coaching Federation (ICF.)
2. Corporate Training:
Using my extensive experience as a career coach and as an HR Director having worled in some of the world’s leading companies, I provide customized training on several fronts with a focus on diversity & inclusion programmes and on improving team perfromance.
3. Career Counselling for Senior Executive and High-Potentials
I work on an individual basis with C-Level, senior leaders and upcoming high potential leaders to help them devise strategies and tactics to improve their performance, build winning teams and deal with their increased responsibilities at the workplace. Having an independent coach outside of the HR department has shown to create a safe and high trust environment that benefits leaders who suffer from executive loneliness inside their organizations.
4. HR Augmentation
I assist CHROs and senior HR leaders on an advisory or initiative basis, particularly during periods of surge in business demands, crises and complex situations. Given my experience as both and HR Director across multiple industries and career coach, I can function as a temporary extended part of the CHROs leadership team to deal with situations that need leadership bandwidth additions.
