Believability, Networkability, Marketability, or Hireability — not a guess, a scored answer. "I need to update my CV" is almost never the real problem. One director was sure her CV was the issue; the diagnostic traced it to Networkability — she'd been invisible inside her own function for three years.

Concrete, specific proof buried in language too vague to land: "took a business unit that had missed target six quarters running, got it to plan in nine months, and kept it there for three years" — that's evidence. "Led a turnaround" is not.
